Family Meals – Week 5


All “Family Dinners” are designed to feed 4-hungry adults. Each entree comes with two side items, mixed baby lettuce salad, and 4 garlic rolls. (2 lb of protein in each meal)

Swedish Meatballs — simmered in a creamy cabernet beef broth with mushrooms, shallots, and sour cream.

Turkey and Red Bean Chili — lean ground turkey, onion, poblano peppers, red peppers, and red kidney beans, simmered in a lightly spiced tomato beef broth

Blackened Chicken Alfredo — farfalle pasta (bow-ties) tossed in a lightly spiced alfredo sauce and topped with blackened chicken breast and parmesan buttered bread crumbs. 

Chicken Pomodoro Latino — non-GMO boneless skinless chicken breast dusted with blackening spice and grilled. Topped with sauteed peppers, onion, vine ripe tomatoes, fresh cilantro and lime juice.

Rosemary and Garlic Roast Pork Loin — topped with natural pan gravy.
